Blooming Where God Plants Us

If you had asked us a few years ago where we’d be today, we wouldn’t have had an answer.

The road here was anything but straight — full of unexpected turns, valleys, and mountaintops.

Yet through it all, God has been so faithful.

He has gently led our family one step at a time, sometimes through uncertainty, sometimes through tears — but always toward His purpose.

Today, as we sit surrounded by wildflowers under the warmth of the setting sun, we are reminded:

We are exactly where we’re meant to be.

It hasn’t always been easy.

Following Jesus means surrendering dreams, letting go of timelines, and trusting when the way isn’t clear.

But it also means watching Him paint beauty out of brokenness.

It means seeing prayers answered in ways far better than we could have imagined.

It means finding joy, not in the absence of trials, but in the presence of our Savior.

Like flowers planted in an open field, we’re learning to bloom where God has placed us —

rooted in His promises, reaching toward His light, waiting for His return.

Our hearts are full of hope for what’s ahead because we know Who holds our future.

And until the day He calls us home, we will keep growing, keep trusting, and keep shining His light in the fields He’s given us.
